Colour
Bright pale yellow.
Nose
Fruity and floral.
Palate
Lively, smooth and full, dry on the finish, with fine bubbles. Medium-bodied.

Aperitif, the whole meal, desserts.
How it's made
Fermented with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled steel, then made sparkling by the Charmat method in pressurised tanks.
