Colour
Pale, brilliant straw.
Nose
Fine and well defined.
Palate
Pleasantly aromatic, slightly soft, crisp and fruity.
Pairs with
Aperitif or end of a meal, antipasti, light starters.
How it's made
Fermented with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled steel, then a short Charmat re-fermentation in pressurised tanks.
