Prosecco Rosé has been allowed since 2020, and Moletto's is a vintage Extra Dry of 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero. Floral from the Glera and red-fruited from the Pinot Nero, it works as an aperitif and right through a meal.

Colour
Soft, bright pink.
Nose
Floral notes and red fruit; delicate and fragrant.
Palate
Fine bubbles, floral and fruity, fresh and persistent, with a very soft tannin.

How it's made
Fermented with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled steel, then made sparkling by the Charmat method.
