Tasting notes
Colour
Deep ruby red.
Nose
Cherry and morello cherry with a fresh green note; vinous and lightly spicy.
Palate
Elegant, with gentle tannin and the red fruit of the nose. Full-bodied and built to age.
Pairs with
Roast red and white meat, poultry; with age, wild fowl and game.
How it's made
About 25 days of skin maceration at 26–30 °C in steel, malolactic fermentation after the alcoholic one, then 24 months in steel before bottling.
