Raboso del Piave
Moletto · DOC Piave · 2013
Raboso is the native red grape of the Treviso area. Its natural acidity and firm tannins are famously rustic, so Moletto ages this wine for seven years in used tonneaux to tame them.
The result is balanced and elegant, with sweet tannins, and it will keep evolving for years.
